- Are your products genuine?

Yes. We sell only 100% genuine products, exactly the same as in your local major department store. We do not sell knock-offs, grey-market or expired items.

+ Is my information safe with you?

Absolutely. We never share your information with anyone else – Ever! We may occasionally send you valuable offers we think you might enjoy. You may opt-out at any time.

+ I’ve placed an order. What happens now?

We will ship the items you ordered. Our preferred carrier is FedEx/USPS. When we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number. If there is any problem with your order, please let us know and we will fix it.

+ Can my order be shipped Overnight?

No. Unfortunately, fragrance products are classified as ORM-D by all major carriers. We are not permitted to ship our products using services that involve airplanes.

+ What if my order is a gift?

No problem. Go to your shopping cart and enter your zip code as well as your shipping method. You will see “Do you have any gift items in your order?” and “Add gift options”. You can make the entire order a gift, or just individual items.

+ I want to talk with customer service.

If there are any damages to the products at the time you received them, please take a photo immediately and report it to us through either social media direct messaging or email. We cannot assist you if you claim damages without any proof.
